Why book a fourball

Fifty players. Twelve fourballs. Take one of them.

A fourball is the simplest way to put your firm, or your firm and two clients, in front of the room before the conference starts. It is also the easiest thing to invoice once rather than four times.

Tell us at registration who you are bringing and whether you want the fourth seat filled. CIBA sets the draw from the business matching data, so an open seat gets filled deliberately rather than randomly.

Twelve teams take the whole field. When they are gone, they are gone.

Bring three colleagues, or bring two clients and leave a seat open. CIBA will fill it with somebody you should meet.

Everything, for all four players

  • Four Signature Course green fees, 18 holes
  • Two shared golf carts
  • Four halfway house vouchers including a beverage each

Can I book three players and leave one seat open?

Yes. Tell us at registration who you are bringing and whether you want the fourth seat filled. CIBA places it from the business matching data, so it goes to somebody worth meeting rather than whoever is left over.

Do we get CPD for this?

No. CPD units are earned on the two conference days, 25 and 26 November. Book those separately, or book Full Packages for the players who are staying on.

How many carts do we get?

Two shared carts per fourball, plus four halfway house vouchers with a beverage each and prize-giving entry for all four players.

Can my firm be invoiced for the whole team?

Yes, and it is the main reason firms book a fourball rather than four singles. Email jgrimmer@myciba.org with the four delegate names and your billing details.

Can we swap a player closer to the date?

Yes. Name changes are free up to seven days before the event. Email wwdekock@myciba.org.

Are you looking for sponsors?

Hole activations, the halfway house, the prize-giving and the three-day sponsor village are all available. Email wwdekock@myciba.org for the rate card.

Booking terms

  • Prices are per person and include VAT, except the Golf Fourball which is per team of four.
  • Name changes are free up to seven days before the event. Email wwdekock@myciba.org.
  • Firms can be invoiced. Email jgrimmer@myciba.org with the delegate names and billing details.
  • Conference seating is capped at 200, golf at 50 players and padel at 32.
  • The PMC Business Exchange evening on 25 November is limited to 70 places and is allocated from the business matching data.
