Description

This update focuses on what has shifted since July and why it matters now. Enforcement tolerance continues to narrow and repeated failures attract closer attention. Understanding these changes early reduces exposure and prevents last minute corrections under pressure. This session supports steady compliance discipline rather than reactive compliance.
